We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date only.
We only return items in the same condition they were received. Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided.

How soon will my order ship?
Our shipping times vary, depending on the contents of your order. However, we strive to get your items to you in a prompt manner. Most items ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) of your order receipt. Please allow a longer time frame for pre-orders, back stocked orders, or international orders.What are the shipping term times?
Standard US delivery 3-7 business days. International delivery 10-14 business days (for most countries).
International shipments over $15 may be charged import tax/customs fees/VAT tax. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. Orders refused due to these fees will be refunded upon receipt. A restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund.Can I get an update on my order status?
